New Year's Eve at the Roosevelt
Went to the KCRW sponsored New Year's event at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Started with a Juicy Turkey Burger at 25 degrees restaurant inside the hotel. One of the best burgers ever. Seriously. One of the evening's DJ's, John Do and his entourage. The Midnight Yell.

My wife and I are loft dwellers in the exploding South Park district of Downtown LA. We've always wanted to get a taste of city life without having to leave the ideal climate, ethnic mishmash, and infinite possibilities of LA. You never know who or what you will run into in this town...and it's an exciting time because Downtown LA is about to transform... "Nineteen suburbs in search of a metropolis."
